Method:

- In a fresh bowl wash strawberries and apple thoroughly with water. Remove the caps of the strawberry and cut them as well. Don’t keep the strawberries for long time after being cut down as it will drain all its nutrients present in it.
- Peel of Mangoes and banana and cut them into pieces. To store the nutrients of banana and to keep those full of iron make sure to squeeze a lemon on it.
- Chop the nuts like almonds and flax seeds finely and keep them in a separate bowl.
- In a Blender add yogurt along with fruits, milk, and sugar and blend to form a thick smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into glass and sprinkle it with chopped nuts and seeds for added flavor.
